These Terms and Community Rules govern your access to and use of {board_title}, available at https://community.sdrstore.eu (the "Community").
The Community is operated by SDRstore ("SDRstore", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing the Community, creating an account, or submitting content, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Cookie Policy, and any additional rules displayed in particular Community sections.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register for or use the Community.
The SDRstore Community is a public discussion platform for topics including:
The Community is intended for lawful technical discussion, education, troubleshooting, and collaboration. It must not be used to facilitate unlawful radio transmissions, harmful interference, unauthorized interception, fraud, abuse, or other illegal activity.
These points are only a summary. The complete Terms and Rules below apply to all use of the Community.
The Community is only available to users who are at least 13 years old.
If you are younger than this age, you must not register, create an account, or submit personal information to the Community. By registering, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement.
We may close or restrict an account where we reasonably believe that the account holder does not meet the minimum age requirement.
You may browse certain areas of the Community without an account. An account may be required to create threads, reply, react, send private conversations, upload attachments, or access restricted sections.
When registering, you agree to:
You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless the activity occurred because of a security failure for which we are legally responsible.
You must not:
We may require email verification, additional verification, or other reasonable security steps before granting or restoring access to an account.
Usernames, avatars, signatures, profile fields, and other account presentation elements must comply with these Terms.
You must not use account details that:
Titles, badges, labels, verification indicators, and staff markings are assigned by the Community. You must not reproduce or imitate them in a way that may mislead other users.
The Community contains content submitted by users, including threads, posts, replies, private conversations, profile information, photographs, screenshots, files, links, tutorials, reviews, and other materials ("Content").
User-generated Content expresses the views of its author. Unless content is clearly published as an official SDRstore announcement, it must not be treated as an official statement, guarantee, technical specification, product commitment, or legal position of SDRstore.
We do not pre-approve every contribution and cannot guarantee that every user submission is accurate, complete, lawful, current, secure, or suitable for a particular purpose.
You are responsible for Content you submit and for reasonably foreseeable consequences resulting from its publication.
By submitting Content, you confirm that:

Prohibited personal information includes, where it has not been lawfully made public by the person concerned:
When requesting help with an SDRstore order, do not publish your full address, telephone number, payment details, or complete tracking information. Use the official SDRstore support channel for private order matters.
Moderators may remove or redact personal information to protect users or third parties.
Members may disagree, criticize products, challenge technical claims, and discuss controversial subjects. However, disagreement must remain focused on the subject rather than becoming personal abuse.
You must not:
Criticism of a product, company, moderator decision, or Community policy is permitted when it is expressed honestly and constructively. Fabricated accusations, targeted harassment, and repeated disruption are not permitted.
To keep the Community useful and searchable, members should:
You must not:
Moderators may merge, move, retitle, tag, format, close, archive, or remove content to improve organization and usability.
Radio-frequency laws, licensing requirements, permitted frequencies, power limits, encryption rules, privacy laws, and equipment requirements vary by country. You are responsible for understanding and following the laws that apply to you.
Technical discussion of transmitters, receivers, protocols, security research, reverse engineering, and signal analysis is permitted when presented for lawful research, education, interoperability, authorized testing, or legitimate amateur use.
You must not use the Community to request, provide, coordinate, or promote instructions primarily intended to facilitate:
Educational or defensive context does not automatically make every submission acceptable. We may restrict highly actionable content when its primary practical effect would be to facilitate unlawful access, interference, harm, or abuse.
When discussing security testing, you should clearly identify the laboratory, simulation, owned equipment, written authorization, or other lawful environment involved.
SDR and RF projects may involve electricity, batteries, transmitters, amplifiers, antennas, elevated structures, soldering, heat, and equipment capable of causing interference or injury.
Community information is provided for general discussion and education. It is not a substitute for professional engineering, electrical, legal, medical, aviation, maritime, or safety advice.
You are responsible for assessing risks, following equipment documentation, using appropriate protective measures, and obtaining qualified assistance where required.
Do not advise users to bypass safety systems, operate damaged batteries, use unsuitable power supplies, touch energized circuits, or perform hazardous work without appropriate qualifications and precautions.

Links to prohibited material may be treated in the same way as directly uploaded material.
You must not:
Good-faith security reports should be submitted privately through our contact form.
The Community must not be used primarily as an advertising or customer-acquisition platform.

Manufacturers, developers, researchers, and creators may participate genuinely in technical discussions. Any material relationship, sponsorship, free product, affiliate relationship, or commercial interest relevant to a recommendation must be clearly disclosed.
We may remove commercial content and restrict accounts created primarily for promotion.
Unless a dedicated marketplace section is made available, member-to-member sales, purchases, exchanges, paid services, and commercial offers are not permitted.
If such a section is introduced, additional marketplace rules may apply.
SDRstore is not a party to private transactions arranged between members and does not guarantee:
You must never use the Community to offer stolen goods, counterfeit products, prohibited equipment, unlawful services, or items that you are not authorized to sell.
Members may discuss SDRstore products honestly, including positive and negative experiences.
However:
Questions involving an individual order, payment, return, delivery address, tracking number, warranty claim, or personal customer record should be sent through the official SDRstore support system.
You retain ownership of copyright and other rights that you hold in your Content.
By submitting Content to the Community, you grant SDRstore a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to:
This licence is limited to operating, securing, maintaining, improving, archiving, and promoting the Community and associated SDRstore services.
The licence continues for as long as your Content remains on the Community. It may continue afterward to the limited extent necessary for:
You must not reproduce SDRstore logos, graphics, original articles, website content, Community design elements, or other protected materials except where permitted by law or with our authorization.
If you believe that Content on the Community infringes your copyright, trademark, or another intellectual property right, use our contact form.
Your notice should include:
We may request additional information before acting on an incomplete or unclear complaint.
Knowingly submitting a false or abusive intellectual property complaint may result in account restrictions and may expose the complainant to legal liability.
The Community may allow members to send private conversations to one another.

We may act immediately and without advance warning where reasonably necessary to address:
Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will provide information about the reason for a significant restriction.
Not every violation results in the same action. Minor or accidental issues may be addressed through editing, guidance, or a warning.
Serious, repeated, deliberate, deceptive, or harmful violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent account closure.
We may consider activity across related accounts when investigating ban evasion, coordinated manipulation, fraud, spam, or security abuse.
Before suspending an account for repeated misuse, we may issue a warning where appropriate. A prior warning may not be provided when immediate action is necessary for safety, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or protection of other users.
Use the Community’s “Report” function to report content that appears to violate these Terms or Community Rules.
Reports should:
Do not use reports to retaliate against another member, pressure moderators, repeat a personal disagreement, or attempt to remove lawful criticism.
Submitting a report does not guarantee that Content will be removed. We will assess the report according to these Terms, the available context, and applicable law.
If you believe that specific Content is illegal, you may notify us using the Community reporting function or our contact form.
To help us assess an illegal-content notice, provide:
We may confirm receipt of the notice, request additional information, investigate the reported Content, and communicate our decision where required or appropriate.
Do not knowingly submit false, deceptive, abusive, or manifestly unfounded notices.
If your Content or account is restricted and you believe the decision was incorrect, you may appeal through our contact form.
Where possible, include:
Appeals should be submitted within six months of the decision unless a shorter period is required for a specific urgent matter.
An appeal may result in the original decision being upheld, modified, or reversed. Repeated submissions of the same appeal without new information may not receive an additional review.
Where applicable, users may also have access to an independent out-of-court dispute settlement body or may submit a complaint to the competent Digital Services Coordinator.
The Community may contain links to third-party websites, software, repositories, manufacturers, videos, files, services, and other external resources.
SDRstore does not control independent third-party services and does not guarantee their:

Do not assume that a link is safe solely because another member posted it. Scan downloads, verify software sources, and review commands or firmware before using them.
We aim to keep the Community available and functioning, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may temporarily or permanently modify, suspend, restrict, replace, or discontinue:
This may occur for maintenance, security, legal, operational, technical, or business reasons.
We are not required to preserve every account or item of Content indefinitely. You should maintain your own copies of Content that is important to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Community and its Content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that:
Official product specifications, prices, availability, warranties, shipping estimates, and return conditions are those provided through the relevant SDRstore product page, order documentation, or official support communication.

We may update these Terms and Community Rules to reflect changes to:
The current version will be published on this page with its latest revision date.
If a change is significant, we may provide additional notice through the Community, by email, or during login. We may ask registered members to review and accept updated Terms before continuing to use certain features.
Your continued use of the Community after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those Terms where permitted by applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to SDRstore’s operation in Romania, without removing any mandatory legal rights or protections available to you under the law of your country of residence.
Before beginning formal legal proceedings, you and SDRstore should attempt to resolve the matter through direct communication where reasonable.
Any dispute will be handled by the courts having jurisdiction under applicable law. Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from using a court or complaint mechanism available under mandatory consumer-protection law.
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
The affected provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable where legally possible.
If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, this does not mean that we have waived the right to enforce it later.

For privacy and personal-data matters, refer to the Community Privacy Policy.
For individual SDRstore orders, payments, returns, deliveries, or warranty matters, use the official SDRstore customer-support channel rather than posting private information publicly.
